All mentions of the Federal Act on Banks and Saving Banks (BankG) have been removed. This is now covered in a separate document "Addendum for FINMA-regulated Institutions" which is available on request.
Annex 1, 2. Subprocessors: Convotis Swiss Cloud AG added as subprocessor for the operation of Airlock Gateway as Managed Services (only relevant for customers using this optional service, for all other customers, Convotis does not act as subprocessor).
