The Usage page provides an overview of usage activity for the selected tenant. It shows current usage figures, changes between completed calendar months, and historical usage data to support billing and capacity planning.
Current month
The Current month section displays the usage recorded during the current calendar month:
Monthly active users – Unique users with at least one session during the month.
Successful logins – Number of successful login attempts.
Failed logins – Number of failed login attempts.
Because the current month is still in progress, the displayed values may continue to change.
Usage trends
The Usage trends section summarizes usage for the most recently completed calendar month. It also shows the change compared with the preceding calendar month.
Notice
Trend data becomes available only after the tenant has existed during at least two calendar months. For example, if a tenant is created on March 2, the first trend data becomes available in May and compares the completed months of April and March.
Historical trends
The Historical trends section displays usage data for the selected tenant over time. Select a start and end month to adjust the displayed date range.
The following charts are available:
Monthly active users – Shows the number of unique users with at least one session per month.
Login activity – Shows successful and failed login attempts per month.
Use the historical data to identify changes in tenant usage and support billing and capacity-planning decisions.
When no usage data is available for the selected tenant, the following message is displayed:
No usage data is available for this tenant yet.
