Airlock SaaS provides SaaS Admins access to the Airlock Console. A SaaS Admin is associated to an organization, which can contain numerous tenants.
Configuring tenants
Recommendation
Set up a non-production service level tenant to build and test your configuration before going live.
For production, create a production service level tenant for your productive Airlock IAM installation and activate new configurations there only after they have been thoroughly tested on a non-production tenant to avoid unforeseen issues.
Inviting other admins
Recommendation
Invite at least one other trusted administrator to your organization so this administrator can re-invite you if you lose access to the portal.
When inviting administrators, carefully review their roles and the tenants they should have access to.
