Tenant IAM log forwarding (Business improvement)

SaaS Administrators can now configure forwarding IAM tenant logs to an endpoint on their side. This enables integration with your own monitoring, analysis and SIEM tools and debugging IAM configurations as well. The feature supports syslog over mTLS.

Tenant IAM Transaction Approval (Business improvement)

Tenants can now use the IAM Transaction Approval module in Airlock SaaS. This enables use cases where end users need to confirm actions like an address change or a money transfer using Airlock 2FA. Enabling the Transaction Approval is on-request. Once enabled, the SaaS Admin can configure a dedicated mTLS setup so approval requests are sent using an encrypted transit channel by trusted back-end systems.

PostgreSQL tenant-level backup and restore (Operation improvement)

Airlock SaaS now supports tenant-level PostgreSQL backup and restore capabilities. This improves resilience by making it possible to recover a single tenant database faster when needed, with defined recovery expectations and documented handling. The work also adds customer-facing guidance for requesting snapshot downloads or restores.
