Currently, until the implementation of a user data import tool, user data cannot imported by a SaaS Admin. Please make a request to the Airlock SaaS Support team, which will setup a meeting to agree on the details of the user data import procedure. The user data import will then be done by the Airlock SaaS Devops team under supervision by the partner.
The partner will have to handover the prepared data in the agreed format, i.e. as SQL dump and on the agreed channel or media.
This process is subject to special data‑protection monitoring. Every handover, transfer and storage of data is protocolled, as well as the deletion of the data and any return of storage media that were used.
