More Flexible SaaS JSON (Business improvement)

SaaS configuration is no longer tied to saas.yaml files inside application ZIPs. The delivered work moved key settings such as host, egress traffic policy, microgateway deny rules, and header rewrite patches into centrally managed domain models and APIs, with persistence in the database and synchronization to deployments. Completed tasks also added retrieval of deployment-side configuration and added a warning when selected ZIP files still contain saas.yaml, reducing overwrite risk and preparing the platform for safer, more flexible configuration management.

Incident Response Team Readiness Verification (Operation improvement)

Incident response readiness was validated and strengthened through role-play exercises, updated operational guidance, and targeted automation. The delivered work documented how alerts enter the incident process, added guidance for system health assessments and complex alert runbooks, prepared secure log-access procedures for InfoGuard, set up a collaboration space, refined the incident live document, and automated live-document creation plus SAASCASE updates on incident acknowledgement. Additional completed tasks established recurring learning sessions and response drills, improving the team’s ability to respond consistently and effectively to incidents.
